Where is Skin Haven Aesthetics located?
We are located at 433 Germantown Pike Lafayette Hill, PA, conveniently serving clients from Conshohocken, Plymouth Meeting, King of Prussia, the Mainline and the Greater Philadelphia Area. We have free parking onsite and are by appointment only!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit/ debit cards and digital payments (such as Apple Pay).
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

We offer our Signature Facial, Customized Facials and Specialty Facials! Each facial includes professional and medical - grade skincare where we cleanse, exfoliate, moisturize and protect your skin.
What should I do before and after a facial?
Before:
- Arrive with a clean face (no makeup if possible)
- Avoid exfoliating 24 hours before your appointment

What skincare products do you use?
We use Circadia Skincare by Dr. Pugliese which is a medical grade and research based skincare line for professional treatments and retail.
How often should I get a facial?
For best results, we recommend facials every 4-6 weeks, depending on your skin type and concerns.
Lash Extensions
How long do lash extensions last?
Lash extensions typically last 2-3 weeks with proper care before needing a fill.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
- Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes.
- Avoid caffeine to help you relax.
- Remove contact lenses before the appointment.
Can I wear mascara with lash extensions?
No, the lash extensions are in replace of mascara. Wearing mascara can damage the extensions and cause low retention.
What is the aftercare required for lash extensions?
- Avoid water, steam, and sweating for 24 hours after application.
- Do not rub or pull on your lashes.
- Use oil-free makeup and cleansers to extend lash retention.
- Brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie.
- Clean your lashes with a lash bath.
Can I get lashes if I have sensitive eyes?
Yes! We offer sensitive and hypoallergenic adhesive options to minimize irritation.
Do lash extensions damage natural lashes?
No, when applied correctly, lash extensions do not damage your natural lashes. Proper aftercare is essential to maintaining lash health.

What is a lash lift?
A lash lift enhances your natural lashes by curling and lifting them, making them appear longer and fuller.
Can I wear mascara after a lash lift?
Yes! You can wear mascara, but wait at least 24 hours after your treatment.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please come in with clean and makeup free eyes and lashes.
How long does a lash lift last?
Lash lifts last about 6-8 weeks, depending on you natural lashes cycle.
Can I tint my lash lift?
Yes! You can book a “Lash Lift and Tint” appointment. The black tint darkens your natural lashes and lasts between 3-6 weeks.

What is a brow lamination?
Brow lamination is a treatment the smooths and lifts brow hairs to create a fuller, more defined look.

Yes! We offer combination services to enhance your brows with tinting and waxing.
How are your brow services different?
Every appointment includes custom mapping of your brows before ever waxing any hairs off. Once you approve the shape of our mapping, we will continue.

How do I prepare for my appointment?
- Exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment.
